It is great Glen...
So many choices..here are some:
Supplier: (I want to try them all that support this site)location, delivery time, price, convenience in payment etc.
Tartan: (ditto)
Style: 4 yard casual or 8 yard trad., velcro or straps etc.
Material: weight, wool vs wool blend or P/Vis.
I understand what you are saying Graham, I too want to have at least one kilt from everyone on this forum, but alas I have not attained that goal yet. I have noticed and heard of all the quality of everyone here, and cannot wait to have more kilts hanging in the closet to get more choices as to what to wear.
I have a plan. Next year when taxes are settled I plan on getting 1 stillwater kilt and one USA traditional. It'll take that long to get the medical bills paid off so until then it's make any I want.
...it has been decided that now is not the time for me to go on a kilt buying excursion... Larry
Did she define what the "right time" would be??
The women folk, bless 'em, just don't appreciate what a fella goes thru. Let's take away their pants for a year and see if they suffer from "pants withdrawal"

In her mind, the right time is NEVER!

The sale is now (actually it was yesterday around noon) officially over. I want to thank everyone who ordered a kilt. We DEFINITELY exceeded our expectations on this sale! We're making kilts as the hours go by... please be patient with the delivery time. We may have to extend our normal "72 hours out the door" policy to "within a week". I know the "jonesing" and tremmors are starting to set in for some of you, but we're working as fast as we can for as long as we can without sleep.
If anyone has a question about an order, please drop me a line!
