Thinking about having a kilt made?

Barb made this kilt for me earlier this month, and I could not be more pleased! It is perfect, exactly what I asked for and reasonably priced for a truly beautiful lifetime garment. I highly recommend her and her work. She is great!!

This is the same same kilt in the photo she posted here: http://www.xmarksthescot.com/forum/f...te-sett-83779/

Here I am after a good hill walk this past weekend. I have gotten several comments on how nice looking it is, and most who comment ask what the tartan is... (Scott weathered green)

That is a wonderful looking kilt, but then what else would you expect from Barb? Welcome to the Tewksbury Owners Club.

Precisely! Welcome to the Tewksbury Owners Club, mate. Presently, I have a new kilt commission "in the works" with Barb.

    Cheers,

Scott: Great-looking kilt. Love that sweater with it. It almost looks lovat green or blue, ... or both.

I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Thanks for the compliment John! My sweater is a wool Pendleton from years ago; a blend of dark green, red and brown. One of my favorites for sure!
    Cheers!

Dave: You are welcome. I wrote "Scott:", but should have written "Dave:". My bad. Sorry. I'll do better next time.
