    A Face to a Name

    Hi all,

I would like to introduce myself. I'm in charge of the website here at Burnett's & Struth. A few of you have been dealing with me in the past few weeks and I thought it would be appropriate to put a face to a name rather then just an email signature.

Here I am wearing a Royal Stewart kilt.

James: Nice to meet (see) you. Thanks for answering my questions about tartans and kilts. Below is a picture of me wearing a Douglas repro from Matt at New House Highland.

PS: I have two "connections" to the Chattahoochee tartan, if you don't count "just liking it" as one. First, my paternal ancestors came from the same place as the eponymous river - north Georgia. Second, the Florida State (mental) Hospital is in Chattahoochee, FL, a place near the confluence of the Chattahoochee and the Apalachicola rivers, and where nearby I spent a good bit of time, .. and where I might be to this day if some years ago the authorities had seen the results of my Rorschach test.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Two questions James. Were you a regular kilt wearer before you came to Burnetts and Struth and do you wear a kilt regularly now?

That was my first time ever wearing a kilt. I would like to have one made in the Hunter Modern tartan.
