Very cool. Having just finished a hand knit pair, this is so tempting. . .

BTW Is "back and fourth" the Canadian spelling?

Yes Sydnie "Back and Fourth" is the correct Canadian usage. This is because we believe that anything worth doing, is worth doing more than once. "Back and Forth" twice is "Back and Fourth"

MacMan, If you would agree to be the guinea pig I will make you a pair of hose.

Great purchase, I also had no idea these existed. Now I know where I need to come for shorter than standard hose to suit my short legs.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

Very cool machine! One of my favorite shows is "How it's made" and I find I'm more interested in the machinery that makes the featured item than the item itself.

    Nice video as well.

I would be happy to be the guinea pig, Steve! Let me know when you're ready for measurements and I'll drop by the store.

Could you bring one of your favorite socks so I would take measurements from that too?

I have my tape measure around my neck right now as it so happens.
