Pakistan, 24 inches and it is a standard Black Watch. For the price it is a good kilt, I have two.

'Have a black Economy and BW Standard. Not a gob of difference, but the Standard is definitely the nicer kilt, repeat, definitely.

Any local tailor can change the length if need be with a blind hem stitch.

Mine is marked XL. With the velcro attached with the ends even, it measures 42. It could be let out a little large, but then the velcro would begin to show. With the velcro overlapped only an inch, taken up to a smaller size, it measure 40-inches. The sett is 6-inches on mine. By comparison House of Edgar regimental weight Black Watch has a set of 5.5.

There is a big difference between Stillwater's Economy (acrylic) and their Wool Economy which has a liner, buckles and straps. While the Economy is good for around the house that is the only place I wear it. the Wool Economy is a nice casual kilt which can dress up nicely.
