Reunited my kilt with the kilt maker - BHG

I was at the Bonnie Brae Scottish Festival and Highland Games today and I pulled away from my family because I wanted to go visit "my kilt maker."

I got to model my kilt for Bonnie Heather Greene - the one that she made for me.

We were both quite tickled at the occasion. She said she only gets to see her kilts worn on a customer one out of a hundred times. I guess they are often ordered by mail and she never sees them modeled as I did today.

We both agreed that it looked great and fit well, which I believe pleased us both! She snapped a few pictures of me for her records.

I give consent to have the photos posted here, if you want to see what her work looks like, and if Bonnie Heather Greene can work out the tech aspects of doing that.

Thanks for making the first "family clan (Lamont) tartan kilt" in my family, Bonnie.

    A satisfied customer,

    Just Hugh

Tell you what. My kiltmaker has the highest respect for Bonnie and her work. Good choice.

What a great opportunity for both of you. Classy of you to show your appreciation in person. Can't wait for the pics.

Hugh, it was such a treat to see you in person at the Bonnie Brae Scottish Festival yesterday! It's true that I very rarely get to see the kilts I make modeled on the people I made them for. Hugh looks so good and he does me proud!

Damn. I look GOOD! Step Two: learn to play the snare drum.

    Thank you Bonnie Heather Green!
