There's seldom been mention of the Kansas City Games here. So I wonder, will any of the rabble be in attendance next weekend? http://kcscottishgames.org/

I'm planing to go Saturday, unless there's bad weather.

The next big thing in this immediate area will be the Highland Fling weekend at the Kansas City Renaissance Festival September 20-21. http://www.kcrenfest.com/highland.html Anyone planning to attend that?

I've been to the Kansas City Games a couple of times. It's a fun day out, but usually dreadfully hot. The Highland Games in McPherson, Kansas is a good one too. You should try to attend the annual St. Louis Scottish Games in late September. The weather is usually much more comfortable for tweed and tartan, and it's a great day (and evening) out!
