    My New Prized Possession!

    I'm back, y'all!

After a good year of waiting, and a nice big chunk of change, I finally got the most beautiful thing I've ever laid eyes on. My very own tartan (Yes, I designed it!), beautifully comprised into the most indubitably, indefinitely, undoubtedly exquisite thing I own.

Unfortunately, my precious arrived the very day I left for church camp (Monday), and was not able to return until 17:00 today. My excitement, however, was nothing less than that of a four-year-old on Christmas morning with 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 presents underneath the tree.

I will, most certainly, put some pictures up here tomorrow, as it is rather late at night.

As one who last year had a kilt made from a self-designed tartan, I can absolutely understand your excitement, seeing it come to life in a kilt. Now, I too have a box-pleat in Matt's queue, that I eagerly await.

    Congratulations, and enjoy your kilt!

1,000,000,000,000,000,000 congratulations! Can't wait to see the tartan, and the kilt (?) when ready.
I changed my signature. The old one was too ridiculous.

Lovely thing, isn't it? The name of the tartan is "Langehennig", designed by me, myself, and is soon to be registered.

Of course, since I'm a... not very big person, Matt painstakingly stitched in a 3" hem, either way, so I can grow. In the picture with the Reg. doublet, I'm wearing it kinda high, but I know where its "special" spot is now.

    So, whadd'ya think?
