What gorgeous hair sporrans (molach) for Highland evening attire! I especially like the "Fine Angora Dress Sporran, No. 109" with the Prince Charlie style (chased silver top) cantle. Definitely my kind of sporran.

After 11 attempts to register here under different names, we now have enough evidence to confirm that this is again Steven Aikens of Jasper AL. This time using an IP proxy in an attempt to hide his real location.

If you look closely, the #103 Hogskin sporran from the first post is being worn by the gent modeling the Prince Charlie coatee with the red vest in the second set of illustrations from a later catalog, though in that picture the leather is white.

Indeed, with a slight difference in the total number of tassles. The buff sporran worn by the chap with the scarlet waistcoat only has three on the front, and not the two on either side like its hogskin counterpart. Both are gorgeous sporrans nonetheless. I'm quite sure Artificer could ressurect this style with no problems whatsoever!

Makes me feel distinctly under-dressed! Interesting that (in the Forsyth catalogue) the hose are all tartan, matching the kilt.
