Even tho you didn't coin the term, you still get credit for bringing it to the rabble's collective attention! It's a lovely play on words and I hope it finds new life through this forum.

The day after I got my lovely Artificer sporran I wore it at a heartbreaking funeral, a young husband struck down by a hit-and-run drunk driver (who is now in jail facing murder charges).

Here I pipe as the grieving wife releases a dove.

Another not so good photo... one of these days I'll get a proper photo taken.

Yesterday out at a golf course near sunset

Here we go... my daughter snapped this quick one in the back yard when I returned from piping at a funeral

And here's the sporran, with its newly acquired patina, with the crude DIY belt I threw together quickly, which I've been wearing pretty much every day piping for a local production of MacBeth

I threw that belt together fast because I was hired to pipe at a local production of MacBeth. Here's my completely un-authentic outfit! My shirt and vest from the Ren Faire, combined with my ordinary things. (The pipes are several hundred years off...)
