    I understand. It's just frustrating to me, as one whose career path has been in the civilian Information Technologies realm, to see such outages. They happen. But the frustration is in the time they needed, to recover.

    It's down again This from the National Archives earlier......

    Further to my email below I am sorry to have to let you know but the Scottish Register of Tartans web site is again unavailable. We will be doing everything we can to restore service and will provide a further update in due course.
