Problems Receiving Email?

Hi Steve,

A few weeks ago, I emailed you regarding getting a quote for a few kilts since your website still does not allow me to select a tartan to get the full price. The kilts add to the cart at $505 with no tartan selected.
A friend of mine placed an order with you over the weekend, and something went wrong with it. She could not call you during your business hours, and so emailed.
Neither of us has gotten a response, and this is not the first time emails to Freedom Kilts have gone unanswered. Are you having trouble receiving emails, or is the usual response time slower than I expect it to be?
