I got an email from John today. He stated that he had an unspecified family emergency and that in turn exacerbated his fragile health. Thus, he was dealing with personal items. I would say that he would still honor his warranties and that he will repair his reputation. Let us just pray/hope that his health may also improve and that he has no more family emergencies!
I wish him all of the best in his personal and professional life. Less bumps and more work! If we could all be so lucky!
I should be seeing my commissioned Kingussie Kilt with the next week and am anxious to be able to review that and attest to his work.
