Grady it is. This is registered with The Scottish Register of Tartans as #1478 dated 1988. It is a variation and color change to the Home Tartan. Said to be a personal Tartan of a Mr. Grady of Highlands, NC but as he also sells items in this design it is now thought of as a family Tartan. It seems that in your sample the two lines within the Red are Dark Green.
