I have a 5-yard wool kilt from USA Kilts and it is my go-to "dress up" kilt. It gets compliments whenever/wherever I wear it. I was at the store to be measured and place the order. I am eager to return one day soon - to check out the new look of the store - a trip which, I am sure, will cost me.

Yes... anything the mills hold as stock. Basically, the only thing that ISN'T included would be a custom woven tartan.
