And what started out as a little website where a guy could post photos of the funny ways that some guys dress at Highland Games is today the world's oldest, largest, and most active on-line community dedicated to the kilt.
In the past 13 years our ranks have swelled to 20,011 members who have created 1,151,662 posts in 70,724 separate threads. We have posted 650,128 photos.
I would like to extend my personal thanks to all of our members for helping to create this amazing place.

Happy Birthday XMarksthescot. God knows where I'd be or what I'd look like if it were not for this site. Well done to all of those still working on keeping this place going.

For my 1000th post, I wanted to find something significant to say (not an easy task, as I don't make any claim to great wisdom!).
This thread has given me the perfect opportunity to say thank you for allowing me to be part of this community. I continue to learn a great deal from it, and to enjoy the exchange of views and comments.
Long may X-marks continue! Many happy returns to all of us!

I hadn't realized when I joined, how early I was in the process. Delighted to be here, and turning into an "Old-Timer" before long, I guess.

Jimmy Carbomb! Where you been? It's been so long I wasn't sure you were still here! Thanks to Hank for getting this started, to Steve for keeping it going, and to all the Rabble who make it what it is. Who would have thought this would turn in to what it has? Happy Birthday indeed!!!
