    Enough of the tease. How many pages? Are there good references (not that I doubt)? When and where can I get my copy?

    I'm just asking for those that have short spans of attention (like my own).

    221 pages. I corrected some of the text but did not do a major re-write, mainly it was about better graphics. It's certainly available on Amazon.

    With the exchange rate, it's cheaper to pre-order on Amazon.ca for reasons I can't imagine.
