My Clan Fraser Red Ancient Arrived.
Just want to thank everyone at Lochcarron and Burnetts and Struth for the wonderful work they done with my Clan Fraser Red Ancient. I went to St Jacobs to pick it up today.. Just like my Clan Farquharson Modern you made for me, which I picked up last December in Fergus, my Clan Fraser Kilt fits to a T., everything is perfect. Both are Excellent Work..
I am already planning my Next Kilt sometime during the Summer, which I will have Lochcarron make again for me. Just deciding on whether I want Your Scotland's National in a 16 oz Casual, or the National Millennium in a 13 oz Casual made...
Thank you to everyone at Burnetts and Struth in Barrie and at Lochcarron in Scotland..

Fine looking kilt, really like the contrasting, yet complimentary colours, as always it's good to see you smiling in your photos.

Thank you Nomad, As I grow in Wearing the Kilt, I am learning what works and what don't. I've have learned so much by visiting here and other forums. My next Kilt is the Nova Scotia Tartan. It's my Home Province where I was Born and Raised.. May later get Scotland's National..

I can only add to the concensus that you have made a great choice and have a good looking kilt. Wear it well.

Thank you Tarheel. Between the two Tartan Kilts I own, the Ladies prefer this one.

I live in the NW. It has been the snowiest, coldest Winter since I first moved to Calgary in 1975. (We haven’t lived here the whole time, only 33 years). We had 10 cm of wet slushy snow on Monday. Today it is plus 11 and sunny. I wore my kilt Tuesday for a visit to the Glenbow museum. I had a number of thumbs up from some ladies. One gent who looked down on his luck asked me if it was Robbie Burns Day, Another mentioned that he wore a kilt as a Boy Scout. I asked him if it was the MacLaren tartan, but he said it was too long ago...
