File-Size Exceeded after only 3 pictures?

So I'm trying to create a new photo album so I can share with you heathens, my beautiful kilts and ugly face, but after only uploading three pictures into the new album, I get this message: "This photo exceeds your total album file-size quota by 144.9 KB."

I find this odd since I have another album with more than three pictures in it. Any help would be appreciated, keeping in mind that I am probably one of the most computer illiterate folks here.

It appears that this message is about the size of the individual photos not the number of photos in any one album.

Each album is limited to 100 photos with a total file size of 2097152 bytes. (2048kb)

Each photo is limited to 600x600 pixels. So I suspect that one or more of your photos was too large.
