    I have though about asking the same question as we have had far to many days in triple digit temperatures (over 40 Celsius for those outside the US) and single digit humidity this year where I live. I have seen 113 F (45 C) this year and there is no staying cool in that weather. Perhaps the worst summer we have had in almost a decade. Many days it's anything that is comfortable in an air conditioned environment.
