Kilt country formerly midwest kilt, has anybody bought a kilt from these guys? They are local to me and I would like to support a local company.

Isn't J. Higgins located in Lenexa, KS? If they have a storefront, you might deal with them. I've not purchased a kilt from them, but have purchased multiple bonnets, etc. and have had only good experiences.

J Higgins does have a storefront. I've visited them a couple of times and got my USMC Leatherneck kilt from them. I've had good luck in all my dealings with them.
