    Lightbulb Tanks

Having sampled a few of SWKs wool kilt offerings, I can say I love them, but have little else to base my knowledge after. They have kept me warm through 2 winters so far, and going strong.

I think I can clear up a misconception here perhaps, the SWK Heavyweight Wool kilts all have the excess fabric removed and a stabilizer added in. The SWK Economy Wool kilt does not have this cut out and has no stabilizer, essentially just a pleated and sewn wool blanket. I find it you pull down the fabric liner after putting it on, it helps to smooth things out and looks a lot better. Also a bit warmer due to the extra fabric not being cut out.

I have several of the SWK wool kilts and use them for knock around and going to work. They are not of the quality that Rocky or Steve would give you but they work. I also use them when I my other kilts shrink or grow.

I'm leaning towards giving one a go. That's pretty much what I want it for - knocking about, running errands, heading to my local brew pub.

Go ahead and pull the trigger and get one. I have several of their 100% wool kilts in my "hoard", and they are excellent for the niche that they fill. You'll be pleased.
