It was so nice to see you again, and especially to see your TR6. Glad you enjoyed, I will have to make some prints for you, have some great photos of the Burns Night too. When things quiet down to a mild rar we will get together for a dram.

What’s the lovely tartan worn by the pipers in the second picture?
It’s lovely and I’m rather fond of all the Boots, Gumboots (Wellies) and Casual attire in the photos it’s all very relaxed but fashionable, sensible and worn with flair in the photos.

Please tell your wife her cable knit jacket is stunning... did she knit it?

Great photos, thanks for posting them, but.....TR6? To my eyes that is a Spitfire, Mael has.
If you are going to do it, do it in a kilt!

The Tartan is the Confederate States Tartan, and my wife's sweater coat was bought there at the event.

Yes, it's a Spit'. Having assisted with the resurrection of one street, one race Spitfire, a Stag & assorted other Beasties, I like the photo. It's a visual mathematics problem, with answers given. The race Spitfire, started as the contents of the Porta-Bogs in the rear of the photo. Add to it, the contents of a freshly filled ATM, seen under the canopy. The result........a beautiful example of the breed.

My mistake, sure is a Spitfire, I am a Corvette guy, owned six and got the new C7 now. So not very versed on British Sports Cars, but I can tell you the difference of every year Corvette, thanks for clearing that up. Sorry Meal did not mean to misrepresent you car.
