I'm almost envious... It's a balmy 80°F in Houston today.

Of course, this city shuts down at the hint of ice on the roadways...

Glad to see you're making the most of it!

    Hi Shaun.

Actually, we're sufficiently used to it - even though it is a fairly rare event to have the temperatures and precipitation just right for this - used to it enough that we like to sit back and think how pretty it is.

The fire and a shot of whisky is pretty too.

    Well, warmish indeed!

    Meanwhile, another photo:

I honestly think the ice is pretty!

Yes, I asked a former coworker in Canberra and he said they got up to about 105F last week... here last week, however, we got down to about -14 or lower around the same time... I would far rather be where he is!

Yes, me too. That sort of heat is bearable provided it doesn't go on for too long.

While I too live in Canada, the temperature here right now is 42 degrees F or 5 C. While we had frost on the roof of my car this morning we have flowers coming up.

No frost on the Jag. It is just not done.

When in a restaurant you do know how to spot the Jag owner right?

He is the one who says to his date - "You get the bill, I'm going to go warm up THE JAG"
