She is in the UK though and I know you were seeking options in the US.

ScottishandMoor and Historical Caps each took about a month.
These are hand knit bonnets and usually made to order, but worth the wait.

Historical Caps is the foremost place to buy. Gloria is easy to work with. I have three bonnets by her. Delivery time was surprisingly short and quality flawless.
