Bud Light?! Oh dear, I had hoped that people thought better of me than that! It's usually Guinness, Belhaven Scottish Ale, Boddington's Pub Ale, or one of many IPAs (especially in the hot summer). Between those, wine, and cocktails that I make, it's difficult to keep dropping weight. Plus out-of-town business trips where I choose poorly at restaurants.
At any rate, it's the alcohol that fights the low-carb diet, not necessarily the carbs in the beer itself. Alcohol spikes blood sugar, counteracting ketosis.
Oh well. I'll keep at it.
