Julie Fowlis concert
Last night we went to the Julie Fowlis concert in Toronto, an intimate gathering of at most 100 or so people. It was at Beaches Presbyterian Church the show was incredible and Julie was gracious enough to do a meet and greet after the show, she was wonderful to talk to and spent time with everyone there. She told me I need to learn Gaelic so that just might be something for me to try.

Saw your post of this on FB.
Still jealous. From what I have seen she seems very authentic in her performances.
I have recently started following a few FB groups centered around the Gaidhlig

I have found the memrise course 'Scottish Gaelic in 12 Weeks' to be interesting
You ought to have asked her to tutor ya!

I’m going to have to add her to my watch list ... first found her when I saw her video of Lon-Dubh.
