Designed by Patrice L MacLeod and adopted as the official Festival Celtique de Qu?bec Tartan to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2015. It is intended for anyone who has Celtic ancestry. The tartan is inspired by the Qu?bec City Coat of Arms and the colours include blue and white for the flags of Scotland and Qu?bec; green, white and orange for the Irish flag; and four black lines for the flag of Brittany.
