pictures of your Scottish Wildcat tartan garments

    Comrades in kilting,

(This is cross-posted to the Facebook group "Kilts & Culture".) There are a variety of threads here on the XMARKS forum regarding the Scottish Wildcat tartan and it would be superb to have one thread with people's pictures of their Wildcat tartan garments. Would y'all be interested in posting pictures of your garment (traditional kilt, belted plaid, waistcoat/vest, etc.) in this tartan?

    Ádh mór,
    Jonathan

    Troy,

Thanks! I think I saw those photographs elsewhere; if memory serves, you made that yourself? Nicely done!

You probably saw them in the thread regarding the last run of Scottish Wildcat tartan. I did indeed make it myself. I make all of my kilts now.

Very nicely done, thank you; one kilt, many occasions!

Thanks a million. I recall seeing one or two of those pictures on the forum over the years. Well done! Could you remind me of three person who made the kilt suit?

The kilt was the first in the tartan and was hand sewn by Barb Tewksbury. The jacket and waistcoat were made from the second run of tartan by a local tartan shop called The Scottish Company.
