Past suppers began at 6 PM. With the Rabble straggling in starting at 5 PM

I only know about the ones I've attended, which have all started close to seven for the actual meal and Burns. Rabble mostly arriving after six; drinks and
fishing/reiving lies until six thirtyish, at which time the cat herding begins. Somewhere between a quarter of seven and the top of the hour we get lined
up for escorting the haggis. I've typically intended to start sound at five, traffic or some such means five twenty; a few early arrivals over the next fifteen minutes. If we've been seated and rolling before ten 'til seven, it was before I started participating.
Still eagerly awaiting the flood of offers to do toast, grace, songs and poems.

Just to be clear where we are, The formal parts that we need folks to take on:
- Welcome & Selkirk Grace
- Address to the Haggis - Tripleblessed?
- The Immortal Memory
- A Toast to the Lassies
- The Lassies' Response - Alabama Celtic Lass
- Closing Remarks
Is this an accurate view of who's volunteered and what is outstanding?

Jim will handle Immortal Memory. I would think someone might volunteer for haggis just to avoid hearing me again. Let's make it an official threat. Unless someone will take one for the team, I'm up again.
That leaves at least Toast and grace. Sam? Wil? Will? Craig? Anybody?

I did the toast (poorly and too quietly) last time around. I'll be happy to do the Selkirk Grace and Closing Remarks, and fill the role of prompting the other speakers to come up. So, to summarize ...
- Welcome & Selkirk Grace - Creag
- Address to the Haggis - Tripleblessed?
- The Immortal Memory - TheScot
- A Toast to the Lassies
- The Lassies' Response - Alabama Celtic Lass
- Closing Remarks - Creag
And, Tripleblessed, one never ever grows tired of hearing you address the haggis. But maybe we can convince one of the lassies to try it out.

Yes, I am perparing the Immortal Memory--again, sorry if you're tired of me--and I have asked Scott Turner to do the Taost to the Lassies. He's been at almost every Supper including the first one he and I whI'en we acutally cooked the haggis ourselves in the Celtic's kitchen. There were seven o us. LOL
I'll get back as soon as I brow beat him into doing it.

Based on your ability to convince me (a person who does not like being the center of attention) to deliver the Lassie's reply at our first ever Burns Supper, I'm confident that you will have no problem persuading him
