Anyone interested in a NW Houston area kilt night?

Former XMarker Jack Daw and I finally had a chance to visit a local pub named “Under the Kilt” which opened a few months ago in Cypress. (https://underthekiltpub.com/).

It’s a small pub with indoor and outdoor seating which serves Scottish pub fare (a variety of meat pies, sausage rolls, Scotch eggs, etc.).

It’s been some time since we’ve had a Houston area Kilt Night, so we thought we’d see if there’s any interest in having one at Under the Kilt, hopefully sometime in the next 2-3 weeks.

I'm interested. I can't guarantee that I'll be available, because it's going to be very busy. (Multiple work deadlines, plus lots of social events.) But definitely interested.

This does sound interesting to me! I hadn't heard of the restaurant and it is only a few minutes drive from me. I can't ever pass up the opportunity for a good scotch egg.

The 4th should work for me. The 28th is unlikely to work. Around what time were you thinking?

Jack Daw says there are others not on this forum who are also inclined to the 1/4 date, so it looks like that’s the date.

Now we just need to settle on a time. BD is coming the furthest... what works for you, BD?
