    Burns Night @Fredericksburg, VA

    An invitation to the Rabble in VA, MD, D.C. & any outwith desiring to travel.

    YOU ARE INVITED to our annual BURNS NIGHT! You know- bagpipes, Scottish dancers, tributes to “auld Rabbie Burns”, Celtic music, comic interludes, haggis, some really good Scotch at the bar this year and in the raffle, a front row seat to hear Troy’s first go at the “Ode to a Haggis” & Wayne’s as MC. And, of course, it's another fun opportunity to mingle with others who are interested in things Scottish.

    We hope to see you there and we encourage you to invite your family and friends. No membership is required for this event. SSF wants to share this unique tradition with as many as are interested!

    When: Jan 26 (Sunday) 5-9 p.m.

    Where: Hospitality House, 2801 Plank Road; Conference Center entrance

    Cost: Adults $50, Kids (5-12) $25, (4 and under) free

    Dress: Men – kilts or jacket & tie; Women & children – dressy

    Deadline: January 20 (Monday)

    Special Needs: Hotel rooms -discounts available until Jan 15th; to reserve call 540-786-8321. Handicap accessible elevator is a short walk from the front door.

    Note: In case of inclement weather there are no refunds, but we do try to reschedule.

    How: Make your check out to Scottish Society of Fredericksburg (SSF) and mail it to

    SSF, 5 Hardwick Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22405

    Enclose a list of those attending (if they are children give their age).

    Dues: Members can pay annual dues at the same time. They are payable this month as well.

    Reminder: they are $20 Family, $15 Individual, Senior (over 60) $10.
