A bit of pneumonia put paid to my Burn's plans this year.
I had thought to attend the British Estonian Chamber of Commerce event - it's generally a pretty well-healed affair, a lot of fun and their main charity fund raiser of the year. Last year's was in the historic House of the Blackheads. This year they had the drinks reception in one venue, then a parade across the old town to Olde Hansa for the main event. Here's a taste of what I missed out on:

Beautiful photography! That's what my photos should look like. :P I need a bit more skill and a few f/2.8 zoom lenses. My 24-105mm f/4 is great but it won't get shots like that.

Our pipe band holds a Robbie Burns Supper as a fund-raiser. We get ~500 attendees each year. I got to spend a little time with my wife and guests this year.

Tad too hot in Perth for formal wear
With the Burns night being held in a pub and with the temperature at 34C outside, a casual look was needed. Me in Smith Modern, Jeanette in Fraser.
