Gail and I ready for the Robert Burns Supper last month

We get out and about as much as we can. My problem is I have lost considerable weight over the last few years to try and get in better shape. That kilt I have on has been taken in once already and I'm on the last belt hole on all three straps. Being retired and on a pension, I no longer can afford new kilts, at least not right away. Hmm, suspenders maybe?

    Thumbs up photo

A great look. I really like that jacket and waistcoat. I hope you both had a great time.

Thanks for the compliment. Jacket and waistcoat were special order from Scotland (via USA Kilts) back in the days when I was gainfully employed. A bit large for me now, but not too bad, so it's okay. More fun to wear than my formal stuff, which I rarely wear anymore.

We do get out quite a bit, as this is an active Scot and Celtic area. I think more Scots than Irish, but I might be prejudiced...

Many years ago we lived in WA (late 70's). Was in Pullman while I went to grad school.

    Yes!

What a lovely couple you make! I also like the jacket and waistcoat, but the tam really caught my eye. Where did you get it?

Thanks Dave. I found someone on Etsy many years ago that made these felt bonnets. I just get Etsy up and search for scot bonnett. Here's one:

Wow! I did not expect the price to be so low.
