    Yes, my USA Kilts kilt in the Irish National is very different from my Sport Kilt in MacPherson, and I don't know the reason.

    I just wanted to add to this thread: I noticed today on the Sport Kilt I was wearing, there's a material tag. It's listed as:

    65/35 POLY-RAYON

    So...maybe my assumptions were wrong? I don't know - it sure seems like a very different material than my USA Kilts P/V kilt.
