So I see that British and Canadian heads of state/government are seen kilted in public.

    What other countries?

I would guess possibly Australia and/or New Zealand.

    Eire? USA??

Australia - Scott Morrison - not known to have,

Eire - No, Michael D. Higgins.

    NZ - No, Jacinda Ardern.

USA - No, but his son has worn the Loud MacLeod.

Donald Trump Jr. wearing a rather tasteful Regulation doublet and full mask sporran. (A muskrat?) Nice hose as well, but many would prefer that he chose diced or tartan hose.

PM Trudeau once again. It has already been noted that his sporran seems rather low, but I do like to see a leather strap being worn instead of a chain. The sporran also appears vintage.

Ian A. MacKenzie, a Liberal statesman from British Columbia in the 1930s and 1940s, known for engineering the infamous Japanese internment system during the war, also known for a procurement scandal regarding the Bren gun.

I remember learning about the internment camps when I was in tenth grade, and this picture of him was shown on a slideshow, and although only his head and shoulders were shown I recognized that he was wearing an Argyll jacket by his shoulder straps.

I'm not a huge fan of loud McLeod but I have to admit he pulls it off well (tartan flashes notwithstanding). The bright red hose bring out the thin red stripe in the tartan, though it's hard to see in this smaller photo.

I also love that he's wearing a regulation doublet and mask sporran. It's nice to see someone in something besides the cookie-cutter outfit we see so often on the rental websites yet the outfit does this without seeming outlandish.
