Tony wee sporran for his tiny wee cell phone.

It does make a statement! Don't think it is a statement that I'd want to make though!

What in the name of...? What is that belt buckle in the third pic? It looks like a grossly oversized gaudy rolex!

In the first and second picture, I'd say that something about the miniscule size and having but two tassels makes it all the worse.
The gent in the top picture is not only afraid to show his face, but his hands as well!
In the third picture, it looks as if the tassel on the left has offended the other two, as they are standing off to the right, away from it.

Sporran change purse?
Might as well hang a 'lucky rabbit foot' keyring from your belt

Those came out in the 1980s, they were made by one of the big Scottish jewellery firms, Art Pewter Silver or Carrick perhaps.
It was when Clan Crest accessories were exploding in popularity, the idea was to have a belt buckle with a gap so that you could plop in a Clan Crest cap badge of your choosing.
BTW I just now noticed that the sporran in the first photo isn't attached to a belt. I suppose it has to be pinned directly to the kilt?
