5,840 Days...Trudging the Road of Happy Kilting...
So I got an email from Steve with congratulations on my 16th anniversary on X Marks. Boggles the mind. It was Steve himself who found this forum and encouraged me to join...who knew he'd own the forum one day...and tame it. The Cooling Off Corner seems dormant. My permanent red card has dust on it. And I still have a LOT of kilts and accessories...feel like back when I'd wake up from a drunk and wonder, "Where am I? What happened?" What a long strange road it's been. Couldn't have had all the fun and insanity and money saving inside tips without all you gentlemen and rogues. Thank you for harboring this fugitive from bifurcation.

Wow, that is a long time wearing kilts! I only discovered kilts, mainly utility types about 6 years ago. Going from pants to kilts was like going from driving a car to flying a jet. Unbifurcated garments are awesome. I also wear a man’s sarong around the house. A neighbor down the street is Tongan and he wears a tupenu at his place. If more guys would give kilts a try, we would see a whole lot more kilts around. Good to hear from you again! Come by our neck of the woods sometime.

I do miss the older wilder, less staid, days...but since getting the lifetime red card for a true story about dogs have enjoyed a quieter presence....wouldn't want to offend and be banned as so many have been....but hey...bottom line...it's all a bunch of electronics...addictive electronics. And a huge drain on my wallet...but pretty much worth it all for the fun of kilting.

Congratulations
That is quite the milestone. I have been wearing kilts exclusively now for going on five years.
(i actually got rid of all my bifurcated lower body garments) i have a kilt for every occasion. Looking forward to getting to 5000+ days in a kilt. Great to know there are other mad lads out there committed to the kilt.
