    Ooo, sounds cool. Which tartan?

I have one package from Scotland currently in UPS limbo, and one from Iceland in USPS limbo. No updates for weeks. Fingers crossed.

Lochcarron Armstrong ancient, 16oz., anti-climactically. They had the 13oz. in stock but had to special-order the 16oz.

    Thumbs up

I got my kilt today. I haven't even tried it on and already love it. First impressions, they got the tartan correct and it's HEAVY. I wonder what it will feel like wearing it on a hot and humid (heat index 110 F) subtropical Florida day? Maybe I need to order a second one in a medium weight?

I'll pass along my impressions of fit later. I just love it so far. Great job USA Kilts. USPS, well, you have a lot of explaining to do.

My kilt shipped today. All the measurements look right so I assume it will fit perfectly! (If not, I have a long time to lose some weight before I have occasion to wear a 16oz. 8-yard kilt again.)

Congrats! Hope it fits well! Mine came a little bigger than I imagined, but I may have mis-measured. Quite a few folks are reporting that their kilts fit as-measured on the last hole.
