We received a new Signals catalog today. For those outside the U.S., Signals is a catalog of assorted items. Sales help to support the Public Broadcasting system.
One of the items on offer is a t-shirt ( or sweatshirt). Emblazoned on the front? It reads "Pants? You mean leg prisons?"
I'd suspect it's a reference to relaxed dress standards due to covid. But if the pants won't fit-

I used to receive that catalogue here in Canada. It had so much interesting stuff. I guess I didn't buy enough, though, because I don't receive it any more

That is fantastic! Perfect to wear with the kilt.

There are some really funny shirts out there. My aunt sends me clippings from some catalog she gets for shirts with sayings like that.
