Commercial ozone generators are readily available online (even Amazon has them), but be careful. Some of them can be very strong and are meant to be operated on a timer so that humans are nowhere near it when it's operating. If you try it, be sure to read and follow the safety instructions very carefully. Ozone can be nasty stuff at high concentrations. As I understand it, it can also bleach things in high concentrations or over long exposures. But it definitely does work for a lot of things.

Michigankyle is correct. When they were used at the dealership, they were run after hours only and on a timer. No one was allowed near the car for several minutes when the doors were opened in the morning.
