I am quoting from the description of a similar sporran sold by troglodyte recently:
"there is a raised padded flap and a raised bar following the line of the pouch. with additional blind line tooling."
The material is hide I believe. There is a chain strap with the sporran. As far as I can tell the sporran is unused and without blemishes. The sporran is for an adult and capacious.
