    BC Tartan Kilt For Sale

    It is sold.

OK, time for this one to go to a new home. Made in 2007, worn only a handful of times. Waist 36, hips 42. Burnett and Struth made from Locharron wool (12/13 oz). One small hole in apron near where a kilt pin would be worn. Priced to sell now - $60 shipped in the US.

    Gorgeous kilt!

I wore that tartan for many years, it was the tartan of the band I used to be in.

Help me. What is "2R" mean. 22 is good, but don't understand 2R. Thanks

I believe it means the plus 2 is the rise over the waist (for a traditional kilt) and I think R means regular.

    Edit:
Now that I think about it, it means + 2" (R)ise, as is customary in a traditional kilt.

So would it be possible to please measure the length from the top of the waist to the bottom of the hem inches and let me know. Still interested if the length is doable.

    Thank you.
