I know things show up differently on everyone's monitors, but on my laptop only Stevie's hose are what I might call "pink", and even those aren't a true pink to my eye.
I'd seen Rothesay's lovely hose in photos; it wouldn't have occurred to me that they were pink, but at the same time I wouldn't know what to call that colour. "Coral" perhaps??
Wow here's tons of "coral" tones

When looking at your referenced Pantones, some are clearly tints, tones, and hues of orange, but on the right are predominantly pink.
When looking at the red of the garter, the hue is clearly different but not to the orange hue, in my eyes…

Steve and I went to the same vendor and they are the same colour. Yes each monitor and each photo will be different due to lighting as well as other factors.

Prince's hose
I believe that the Prince's hose are a match to Pantone 1656 TPX also known as Hot Coral.
Pantone is the graphics industry's international colour matching system so I think it is a safe bet.
In any event they all look great with those kilts.

pink hose
I think if the hose match any color in the kilt they will look good. When I was making sgianan duhb I always tried to match the stone color to the kilt.
