Who all is gonna be at Costa Mesa this weekend?

I’ll be there both days competing with the Cameron Highlanders.

    I'll be there today (Saturday).

Mostly just hanging around, because our band isn't competing this weekend. I'll be watching the Pipe Band competition in the afternoon.

I'll look something like this (weather depending) so you can recognise me today, might stop by the Camerons band tent and say hi.

I was there all day Saturday, it was perfect Highland Games weather, cool and moist. (The pipes hate hot dry weather.)

Seems that all those who owned them broke out their tweed kilt jackets, I saw dozens of them, giving the Games a more traditional look than we generally see here.

As a pipe band person, it was exciting to see all the work that bands had put in during their two-year hiatus.

There were two new bands! One an entirely new one, City of Angels. The other was a band that's been defunct for a decade and now resurrected, Nicholson.
