I had this jacket custom made for me, as a big chap, by a local seamstress, but due to weight loss its now too big. (currently a 52R)

Buttons are faux stag horn. Jacket had served me well, but no longer used.

Measurements as follows: (effectively a 60R with a bigger belly)

sleeve 24in / 61cm
chest 59.5in / 151cm
waist 68.5in / 174cm
body length 30in / 76cm
