I can't get replies for the numerous emails I made to them.

Are they still in business ?????

Not in the last year, but I visited the shop in late 2021 and purchased something online from them in January 2022. They were very prompt in their replies.

No replies if I use their email customer service or their Facebook Quick messenger service.

Total radio silence 🤫

I have a kilt on order, actually done and waiting on it to be sent. They are still there...

They have been slow responding to emails the past few weeks for some reason.
