Hey folks, I'm new here. I don't really remember what inspired me to be interested in kilts. Maybe it was the velcro shower towel that appeared one day at our house and that I took to wearing when ever I could. Maybe it was the fact that I couldn't wear it to take the dog out. So I started researching. Anyway, I just got my first kilt, and I'm having trouble stopping.
I live in Southern California, and my wife is accepting of the kilt so I think I'm off to a good start.
My DNA profile says I have some Scottish or maybe Irish ancestry so maybe it's in my blood.
Anyway, I'm glad there's a place for us.
