I am selling a vintage Prince Charlie doublet by the respected Highland dress retailer, R.R.Henderson of Stirling.
It is very difficult to date this doublet, but my guess is 1960s-70s, judging by the label, and is for the most part in excellent condition. The is a small repair at the rear left elbow, but which is probably non visible when worn.
It measures 21 1/2" from armpit-to-armpit when laid flat; 18 1/2" across shouders; and 24" from shoulder to cuff - so about a standard size 40.
I think £65 including shipping from Scotland is a fair price, so PM if interested.
