    They did for a while - when they were promoting this route:



    Maybe Loganair ticks the box, they have just opened new routes from Heathrow to Dundee, Orkney and Shetland:



    Or perhaps we should bring back British Caledonia (it operated in the 7os and 80s) - the tartan was on the aircrew rather than the aircraft mind:
